Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Productivity: 30 units/week

On-Call: Required if requested, based on staffing and branch needs

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience

1-2 years of RN clinical experience

Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience

OASIS experience

Active Virginia RN license

Current CPR certification

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance

PAY :

Gross weekly Pay : $2,326

Taxable weekly Pay:$968

Non-taxable weekly Pay:$1,358

Protouch Staffing Job ID . Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
