Schedule: Monday-Friday Days
Shift: 8-Hour Days 40 Hours per Week

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Marble Falls, TX. The RN will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, coordinate individualized care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Coverage Area

• Primary coverage includes Marble Falls, TX, and surrounding communities.
• May be required to assist in additional territories within the agency's service area, extending approximately 60 miles from the primary location.
• Mileage reimbursement provided
• Required Qualifications
• Active RN license appropriate for practice in Texas.
• Recent Home Health experience
• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) strongly preferred.
• Ability to independently manage patient visits, documentation, and care coordination.
• Strong assessment, communication, and time-management skills.
• Additional Assignment Details
• EMR: Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
• Candidates without HCHB experience may be considered at the manager's discretion if training is available.
  Ideal Candidate
• An experienced, organized, and self-motivated Home Health RN who is comfortable managing an independent caseload, traveling between patient homes, and meeting established productivity expectations while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
