Job Summary:

Provide direct patient care to critically ill and unstable patients in the Intensive Care Unit
Monitor and assess vital signs, neurological status, and other critical indicators
Administer medications, intravenous infusions, and advanced life support interventions
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Operate and monitor advanced medical equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps
Perform and assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records
Communicate effectively with patients' families, providing updates, education, and emotional support
Respond rapidly to emergency situations and initiate appropriate life-saving measures
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe, clean environment
Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with best ICU practices and technologies
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior nurses and support staff

Med Ninjas Job ID . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
