Job Summary: Registered Nurse (RN) - ER / Emergency Department

- Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - ER / Emergency Department
- Location: Everett, WA (Providence Regional Medical Center Everett Colby Campus)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: 11/16/2026
- Shift: Nights, 3x12 hour shifts (4:30 PM - 5:00 AM)
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care in a Level II Trauma Center ER setting
- Care for both adult and pediatric emergency patients
- Conduct triage and manage critically ill patients
- Administer IV vasopressors, blood products, and manage ventilated patients
- Perform procedural sedation and manage dysrhythmias
- Apply behavioral health de-escalation techniques

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience
- Experience with Epic EMR (required)
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred, but not required if 2+ years of experience
- Ability to work with ventilated patients, procedural sedation, and critically ill patients

Required Certifications & Licensure:
- Active Washington (WA) RN License or Compact License
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
