Bill rate: 58.25

M-F, 8:30 a.m.- 5:00, 40 hours per week - 1-2 weekend shifts may be required, with a day off during the week.

Must travel in a 50-mile radius in Fort Lauderdale, FL area for home health visits.

Must have HCHB and OASIS experience.

Valid RN License in Florida, BLS, personal (insured) vehicle, and a valid driver's license.

Min of 1-2 years of home Hospice experience

Protouch Staffing Job ID . Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
