Oncology Nurse Navigator - Gold Beach, OR

Curry Health Network Outpatient Oncology

Shift: 8-Hour Days
Contract: 13 Weeks
Setting: Outpatient Oncology

Oncology Nurse Navigator RN to support its new Outpatient Oncology Program.

They are specifically looking for a nurse with previous Oncology Nurse Navigator experience.

Role Overview

• Coordinate patient care from diagnosis through treatment
• Provide education and support to oncology patients and their families
• Collaborate with providers, pharmacy, infusion staff, and ancillary departments
• Assist with care coordination and treatment planning
• Occasional chemotherapy infusions may be required

Requirements

• Previous Oncology Nurse Navigator experience - required
• Oncology infusion experience - required
• BLS & ACLS
• ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Certification - required
• Strong oncology care coordination and patient education skills
• Epic Beacon experience preferred
