Job Summary (List Format) - Med Surg RN, Cheshire Medical Center, Keene, NH

- Position: Med Surg RN (Farnum Unit), Adult-Geriatric patient population
- Location: Cheshire Medical Center, Keene, New Hampshire
- Facility Details: 169-bed regional referral center; partnership with Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene; located in southwestern NH
- Shift Details: No shift accommodation requests or block scheduling; 48-hour guarantees not available
- Dress Code: Professional scrubs (traveler-provided, no logos)
- EMR: Epic
- Orientation: Non-billable, 0 hours
- Overtime/Holiday Pay: 1.25x regular rate
- Local Traveler Policy: Not accepting local travelers (must reside >50 miles from facility)
- Licensure Requirement: Must have New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate upon submission
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years recent Med Surg experience
- Floating: Must be willing to float to other units
- EMR Experience: Must have prior Epic experience
- Transportation: Traveler must have their own vehicle
- Profile Requirements: Permanent address, cover page (optional), work history, current (within 1 year) Med Surg skills checklist, 1 recent supervisory reference (within 2 years), NH RN license or compact, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIH Stroke Certification
- Compliance: All medical/occupational health requirements must be completed within 5 days of offer acceptance and uploaded as proof
- Scheduling Requests: All time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted at time of application; changes after offer may lead to rescinded offer
- Certifications Required: Active AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS
- State License: New Hampshire RN license or Compact RN license
- Recreation: Keene offers proximity to Boston, MA and Hartford, CT, and is known for outdoor activities, hiking, and scenic attractions

Med Ninjas Job ID . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
