• Weekend Hours: No guarantee for weekends off. However we work really hard for a fair schedule

• Required Certifications: ACLS, BCLS/BLS, PALS, NIH, TNCC, (Required), CPI preferred
• Years of Experience: 2
• Float Requirements: TRAVELERS REQUIRED TO FLOAT TO ED HOLDING

• Additional Notes: Level 2 trauma center with 4 Critical care bays. Teleneurology for stroke in cooperation with Mass General Hospital
No PICU - transfer out

• Patient Ratios: 1:4
• Equipment: US, bladder scanner, neuro tele computer, Care Aware hand held devices
• EHR: Omnicell, EPIC, SBAR

• Patient Population e.g. "geriatric, adult, peds, etc.": Pediatrics to Geriatrics

• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Wide range of patients from Pediatrics to Geriatrics. Most of the area is economically depressed. We are a level 2 trauma center, Chest pain center, primary stroke center.

2nd largest city in Maine Closest Airports: 45 mins to Portland Maine International 1.5 hour to Bangor International 2.5 hours to Boston Logan 40 minutes to beautiful coastal town of Portland, ME Only 15 minutes from Lost Valley Ski Resort! 1 hour to Old Orchard Beach 2.5 hours to Acadia National Park Artsy and cultural atmosphere with endless outdoor recreational activities such as skiing, fishing, hiking, kayaking, sight seeing, and so much more!
