Registered Nurse OB/GYN
Lima Memorial Main Campus Lima, OH 13 Weeks 36 Hours/Week Varied 12-Hour Shifts

Seeking an experienced OB/GYN RN to provide comprehensive maternal and newborn nursing care in a hospital setting.

Position Highlights:
- Varied 12-hour shifts: 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM and 3:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
- Day or night shift candidates may also be considered.
- 36 guaranteed hours per week.
- Every third weekend required; no on-call.
- Schedule flexibility required.
- EMR: Meditech.
- Must float to units within scope of practice and skill set.
Key Duties:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Provide nursing care to obstetric and gynecological patients.
- Monitor maternal and fetal health during care.
- Assist with obstetric procedures, including first-assist and scrub duties when qualified.
- Support newborn care and neonatal resuscitation.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure patient safety.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of OB experience.
- At least one completed travel assignment required.
- Active Ohio or Compact RN license.
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Current NRP, S.T.A.B.L.E., and Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certifications.
- OB/GYN specialty skills checklist required.
- First-assist and scrub experience highly preferred.

Patterns Hiring Job ID . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
