UNIT: PEDIATRICS
MANAGER INTERVIEWS

Certs Required: BLS, PALS, NCI, ACLS.

Experience Required: 2-3 years - to include Acute Care Pediatric and Adult MedSurg.

Patient Ratios: 1:6

Floating: Within or below scope of practice

Orientation:

o 1 day of Hospital orientation - will include EPIC modules or test

o 2 shifts in department with preceptor

• Scheduling:

o Weekend rotation: every other

o Call: not required

o Holiday Expectations: rotation with other staff

o Approval of time off: Manager approval (opted out of CIS)

• Other notes:

o Scrub Color: Ceil Blue and/or Royal Blue
