HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Miami, Florida.

shift : 7:00AM - 7:30PM/ 13 weeks

Position - Travel - RN - OR (701) - HCA Florida Kendall 7:00AM - 7:30PM

?Must have: (includes certifications and special skills, ex: ACLS, BLS, NIH )

BLS, ACLS

Must have 2 years current experience in an acute hospital setting, not a surgical center

Strong ortho, neuro and robotics experience, must be willing to float among different specialties in OR

Must have Meditech Experience.

List Typical Procedures Performed on Unit(s):

Robotics/Da Vinci, SP, DV5, Mako, Stealth (Neuro), Burn cases (Rooms at 84 degrees temp), cysto fluid management, GI tower system, endo, laparoscopic equipment, ENT, Eye, Trauma 1 peds and adults, endo vascular hybrid room, implants scanning and documentation, specimen documentation, etc

Additional Preferences: (ex: previous travel experience preferred, easily adaptable to fast paced unit, can function well independently)

Prepare operating room, arrange equipment, assist doctor's during surgeries , Mantain a 30 minute turn around time

Inspect, maintain, decontaminate and repair surgical equipment, keeping inventory records, pre and post-surgical repair including shaving, transporting and applying dressings

Call Requirements: 2 weekend shifts (8hrs), 4 evening shifts (4 hrs), 1 overnight shift (8hrs) in a month
