Unit Specialty: Post-Acute Skilled Nursing Rehab
Prior Experience: 1+ years of clinical experience preferred, 1+ years in specialty required
Certifications Preferred: IV Certification for LPNs
Nurse-Patient Ratio: 1:14
Ancillary Assistance: Yes, includes LNA/CNA/ PCT (3 staff per shift) and a Unit Clerk/Secretary (1 staff per shift, day shift only)
Documentation and Medication System: EPIC
Floating: Required within Long-Term Care/Memory Units
Schedule: Varies, including holiday work. No guaranteed days off unless specified in contract
Patient Population: Skilled Nursing Rehab, Patient Age Range 60+
Special Equipment: IV Pumps
Unit Specific Procedures: Phlebotomy, EKGs, Transports, Nebulizer to inhaler, Starting IVs
Requirements:
- Dementia capable care certification preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- EPIC experience from within the past 2 years

Additional Information:
- Bi-weekly orientations on Monday
- Must have reliable transportation
- Work history information, including bed count and EMR, must be complete for submission
- Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires during winter months
