Infusion Therapy RN - Central Vermont Medical Center

Location: Berlin, VT

• Specialty: Adult Hematology/Oncology - Outpatient Infusion
• Experience: 2 years clinical and specialty experience
• Certifications: BLS, chemotherapy and biotherapy certified
• EHR: Epic experience within the past 2 years required
• Patient Ratio: 1:4
• Patient Population: Ages 18-100
• Schedule: 8-hour days, 8 AM-5 PM; 40 hours/week
• Contract: 16 weeks
• Weekends/Call: None
• Holidays: Work 2 of 4 - Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day
• Scrubs: Any color; no nail polish
• Floating: Not required
• Scheduling: Self-scheduling; no block schedules
• Requirements: Outpatient infusion/oncology experience and chemotherapy administration experience in a clinic setting required.
• Additional Notes: Reliable transportation required. Employment gaps over 90 days must be explained. Complete work history required for submission.
• Rates: Tiered by distance - Local (50 miles or less), Radius (51-100 miles), Travel (101+ miles), measured in a straight line.
