Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Skilled Care / Long Term Care

Key Responsibilities & Highlights

• Assess, plan, and deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a small Skilled Care Unit (SCU) / Long Term Care setting.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for patient documentation and tracking.
• Shared furnished employee housing may be available at a reduced inclusive pay rate ($54/hr).

Requirements

• Active CO or Compact RN License (Must be active at submission)
• Certifications: BLS required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Skilled Nursing (SNF) or Long Term Care (LTC)
