Job Description

Our client, a highly respected hospital, is looking for a Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse to start right away in Patchogue, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to join a top-tier clinical team in a fast-paced acute care environment.Responsibilities

• Administer and document prescribed medications accurately.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report findings.
• Educate patients on surgical procedures and post-operative care.
• Record patient medical histories and vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Active State RN License with a minimum of 2 years of acute Med/Surg experience.
• BLS & ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
