o Day Shift - 5 RN 1 CC and 2 PCT (ideal)

o Night Shift - 5 nurses and 1 pct

Patient Ratios - 4:1

Type of equipment - central lines, pca, foley, chest tubes, pacer wires, telemetry, drains

EMR - Meditech

Able to read cardiac monitor

Able to give narcotics

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

Stepdown experience

CABG, valve replacement, TAVR, Mitral clip, thoracotomy, Afib, CHF, MI

Cardiac drips (popular Cardizem amiodarone, heparin, nitro)

BLS, ACLS
