Location: Rockford, Illinois (61103)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Days 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM 36 Hours/Week

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies
• Monitor and care for Intermediate Care/Step-Down patients
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge needs
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize critical thinking to promote patient safety and quality care

Requirements

• Active Illinois RN License
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• BLS Certification
• Recent IMC, PCU, or Step-Down experience
