Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool
Specialty: ICU / Cardiac Telemetry / Step-Down / Medical-Surgical
Location: Rockford, Illinois
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Position Urgency: Quick Start
Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
Unit & Responsibilities:
- Float between Medical-Surgical, Cardiac Telemetry, Stroke Neuro, Step-Down ICU, and ICU units.
- Must have ICU experience and be willing to float to Medical-Surgical when needed.
- Extensive cardiac experience is required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
- Current, active Illinois RN license.
- BLS/CPR certification.
- ACLS certification.
- NIHSS certification.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Education verification required.
- EPIC experience.
Additional Details:
- 36 guaranteed hours per week.
- Holiday coverage required.
- Overtime after 40 hours per week.
Pay Details:
- All-inclusive facility rate: $92/hour.
- OT rate: All-inclusive rate + $10.
- Holiday rate: All-inclusive rate + $10.
- Call-back rate: All-inclusive rate + $10 (2-hour minimum).
- Pager/on-call rate: $3/hour.
