Facility: Sharp HealthCare
Weekly Gross: $3,800.16/36hrs

Required Certifications:-

• CPR
• NRP
• AWHONN EFM Advanced or Intermediate
  
  Requirements:-
  
• Minimum 3 years of recent RN experience.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a specialty area.
• Active California RN License required.
  
  Key Responsibilities:-
  
• Provide individualized, age-appropriate nursing care to patients and families.
• Perform patient assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and promote positive clinical outcomes.
• Recognize and respond to complex or high-risk clinical situations.
• Educate patients and families regarding their care and treatment plans.
• Advocate for patients and encourage family participation in care decisions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in accordance with facility policies.
• Delegate and coordinate patient care activities within team members' scope of practice.
