Job Summary:

Provides holistic, patient- and family-centered care that supports individualized health goals.
Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver safe, effective, and therapeutic care.
Promotes and works towards achieving quality patient outcomes.
Collaborates with healthcare team members and seeks additional resources for complex or high-risk situations.
Acts as an advocate for patients and families to ensure excellent and satisfying care experiences.
Delivers both direct and indirect nursing care for an assigned group of patients, tailored to their age and specific needs.
Assesses and prioritizes patient and family needs, documenting all relevant assessment data.
Develops and implements care plans in partnership with patients, families, and the healthcare team, ensuring safety and therapeutic effectiveness.

Med Ninjas Job ID . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
