Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recent Hospice / Home Health experience within the last 5 years.
• Active and unrestricted California RN License.
• Current CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
