Travel Nurse RN - Dialysis - $2,110 per week

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Dialysis for a travel nursing job in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Unit: Inpatient Dialysis
Clinical Interviews

Experience Required: 2 year. Will accept a first time traveler with 2 years of perm staff experience. Traveler will be required to PASS an EKG competency exam as part of compliance, prior to arrival. Accessing fistulas, accessing dialysis catheters, Critical Thinking. Able to travel between facilities, Dialysis (BBraun machines). Work independently and autonomously. MUST have inpatient dialysis exp. Hemodialysis or Peritoneal Dialysis patients - PD is NOT required experience

Certs Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, CDN or CNN preferred; Active LA/Compact license for submission.

Floating: Between facilities-frequently, Will be notified the day before of which facility to report to for the next day.

Ratios: 1:3 ration in inpatient pods; 1:1 on units

Patient Types:
Hemodialysis or Peritoneal Dialysis patients - PD is NOT required experience
