Position Overview

• Profession: Registered Nurse (RN)

• Shift: Nights - 3x12 Hours (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

• Hours: 36 hours per week

• 48 Hours: Approved

• Charting System: Epic (Required)

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of Telemetry experience

Required Certifications

• BLS

• ACLS

• NIHSS

Clinical Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Telemetry nursing experience.

• Neurology experience is not mandatory, but candidates must be comfortable working in a heavy Neuro unit and willing to learn.

• Must be comfortable using the NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS).

• Ability to care for post-surgical neurology patients.

• Knowledge of various neurological diagnoses is preferred.
