Minimum Requirements:

• Registered Nurses License for AZ or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this Operating Room work setting
• Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
• Certifications: RN, BLS, ACLS, PALS within 6 months of hire, NIHSS, CNOR within 1 year of hire, TNCC within 2 years of hire
• Equipment/Procedures: Operating Room, Orthopedics, ENT, GYN/OB, General, Ophthalmology, Dental
• Weekend/Call: Weekend = None stated; Call = Required
• Experience: 2 years
