Job Summary (List Format):

- Provides professional nursing care for a group of patients within a designated time frame.
- Utilizes the nursing process, current trends, and technology to deliver patient care.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date documentation for patient care.
- Completes initial patient assessments and develops individualized care plans based on patient and family needs.
- Implements and modifies care plans, nursing interventions, and procedures as needed.
- Ensures patient and employee safety by identifying and addressing safety issues.
- Communicates effectively with healthcare team members to resolve issues and improve patient care.
- Provides constructive feedback to peers and supports professional development within the team.
- Identifies personal learning needs and seeks opportunities for growth.
- Meets all departmental competency requirements.
- Monitors intake and output for neonatal patients.
- Assists mothers with breastfeeding and provides baby-friendly care.
- Administers medications using proper bar code scanning protocols.
- Presents patient updates during multi-disciplinary rounds.
- Requires a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant nursing experience.

Med Ninjas Job ID . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
