• Number of Beds : 24
• Patient Ratios : 1:6
• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Unit Secretary on day shift, PCTs 1:8 or 1:12 ratio
• Type of equipment : Standard hospital equipment
• Documentation system: Meditech Expanse
• Scheduling requirements: 2 weekends/month
• Floating policy: float to other Med Surg unit or float to ED to care for Med Surg holds or to ICU/PCU to care for Med Surg level patients
• Patient Experience requirements: Bedside shift report, safety rounding
