In this role, you will collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and specialized staff to monitor vital signs, manage mechanical ventilation, and execute care plans for vulnerable newborns. Requirements
Recent clinical experience in a Level III or Level IV NICU setting

Active Kansas (KS) RN License or Multistate/Compact RN License

Active BLS (Basic Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), and MOAB (Moderate Risk) certifications

Unit flexibility to support direct care across a 33-bed Level III NICU floor

Demonstrated Day 1 competencies in neonatal medication administration, ventilator management, and critical neonatal procedures

Preferred Qualifications
Prior travel contract experience in a high-acuity neonatal unit

Specialized pediatric/neonatal certifications or advanced procedural training

Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) charting systems in a critical care environment

Level 1 Job ID . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 48.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
