Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum for a travel nursing job in Williston, North Dakota.

LDRP RN - Float Nights

Requirements

• Previous travel experience required.
• Strong fetal strip interpretation, critical thinking, and adaptability.
• BLS and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring required.
• Preferred: ACLS, NRP, STABLE.
• License required at submission; BSN not required.

Unit & Patient Population

• 15 beds: 7 L&D and 8 postpartum; 1 C-section OR.
• Approximately 58 births/month.
• Obstetric and neonatal patients, including hypertension and gestational diabetes; generally avoid deliveries before 36 weeks.
• Ratios: 1:1 for Pitocin, magnesium, or insulin drips; 1:3 couplet care.
• RNs titrate Pitocin, insulin, and magnesium and interpret their own fetal strips.
• Charge nurse takes an assignment; CNA support available.
• OB/neonatology and anesthesia are not in-house 24/7.
• Charting: Meditech EFM: TraceVue/PIP.

Schedule & Floating

• Nights: 6:45 p.m.-7:15 a.m.
• Every other holiday.
• Weekend requirement needs clarification: Shift notes list every third weekend; unit notes list every other weekend.
• Block scheduling allowed; no self-scheduling.
• Call/standby depends on staffing.
• Float to Med-Surg, ER, and other areas within skillset; permanent staff usually float first.
• 3 orientation shifts.
• Maroon surgical scrubs provided; change on the unit.

Submission & Facility Policies

• 50-mile radius rule.
• No full-time, part-time, or PRN employment with any CommonSpirit facility, including CHI/Dignity, within the past 12 months.

• All RTO must be submitted upfront; additional requests will not be approved after submission.
